Spectrum

National Communication Authority (NCA) is responsible for planning and managing the spectrum in Somalia.

Type Approval is the process by which Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment is certified by the NCA to be used in Somalia.

SOMCERT/CC is the first national CERT in Somalia. It was established in May 2019 as a section within the Cyber Security Department of the National Communications Authority (NCA).
