SOMCIRT

The Somalia Computer Incident Response Team (SOMCIRT) is the national cyber incident response center operating under the National Communications Authority (NCA). SOMCIRT is responsible for receiving and analyzing cyber incident reports, issuing alerts and advisories, coordinating national response efforts, and cooperating with international CERT organizations to protect Somalia's digital infrastructure.
