The Girls in ICT initiative promotes gender equality in the technology sector by encouraging and empowering young Somali women to pursue careers in information and communications technology. Through training programs, mentorship, and awareness campaigns, NCA works to bridge the digital gender gap and ensure women are full participants in Somalia's digital future.
