New Individual License
An applicant who wishes to provide Individual Licenses for Communications Infrastructure, Application, and Services License, will have to submit the following to NCA:
A duly completed Form A together with an Application fee provided in the fee structure: Download FORM A Details as per the checklist attached: Download the Checklist
Renewal of Individual License
An applicant who wishes to renew their individual license(s) will have to submit the following to NCA before the expiry of its license(s): –

License Fees and Duration

Such additional Information or Documents as may be requested by NCA to be submitted within the stipulated timeline. Failure to submit within the stipulated timeline given shall result in the application being withdrawn without affecting the right of the applicant to make a fresh application.
